Call Analysis for Admin

How Amin can utilise Call Analysis

Every week, your team runs dozens of calls. Discovery calls, demos, negotiation conversations, renewal check-ins. Each one contains signals - about rep capability, about deal risk, about where coaching would actually move the number. The problem has never been the data. The problem has been that it was buried inside individual recordings, invisible at the leadership level, and impossible to act on at scale.

From Listening to Calls to Reading Your Team

The new Call Analysis page inside Pulse takes what used to require hours of call listening and turns it into a leadership-ready view of your entire team's behaviour on calls.

This isn't a transcription tool. It's a pattern engine. It scores your reps across the capabilities that actually drive commercial outcomes, then surfaces exactly where each person is improving and where they're stalling so you can coach the right rep on the right thing at the right time.

Head to Pulse → Enablement → Call Analysis and you'll see two things immediately.

A team-level scoring view that tells you, at a glance, which reps are executing well on calls and which ones need attention. No need to listen to a single recording. The patterns are already extracted and ranked.

A per-rep coaching summary that goes deeper. For every rep, you get a specific breakdown of what their calls are revealing - which capabilities are trending up, which are flat, and exactly where a coaching conversation would have the most impact. Not generic advice. A targeted action tied to what that rep is actually doing on calls this week.

What This Changes for You

The reps who need you most aren't always the ones missing quota. Sometimes they're the ones whose call behaviours are deteriorating before the pipeline numbers catch up. A rep who's stopped asking second-level discovery questions won't show up in your pipeline report for another six weeks - but they'll show up here now.

That's the difference between coaching reactively, after the quarter is already compromised, and coaching proactively, while there's still time to change the outcome.

Most sales leaders know coaching matters. The challenge has never been belief - it's been visibility. You can't coach what you can't see, and you can't prioritise coaching when the signals are scattered across call recordings, CRM notes, and gut feel.

The signals are now consolidated, scored, and surfaced where you're already making decisions. One view. Every rep. The specific action that would make the biggest difference for each of them this week.

The insight is already in your calls. Now it's yours to act on.
