Understanding the Team Ranking

Use the Team Ranking to instantly see who's performing, who needs coaching, and where to focus your energy as a manager.

What it does for you

The Team Ranking gives you a single view of your whole team's Pulse results — so you can spot who needs support, who's excelling, and where to focus your coaching time. No digging, no guesswork.

How to get there

  1. Click Pulse in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Team ranking is the default tab — you're already there.

What you're looking at

Each row is a rep on your team. The columns tell you everything you need to know at a glance:

  • Sales velocity plans — whether a rep has an SVP generated and approved

  • Area of Improvement — the competency flagged as the biggest gap

  • Quota Attainment — how they're tracking against target

  • Pulse Score — their overall score out of 100

  • Strength — their standout competency

  • Blindspot — where their self-assessment differs most from how others see them

  • Report — click Full Report to go deep on any individual

Getting the most out of it

  • Switch pulse periods using the date selector at the top — compare current results against previous pulses to see who's improving.

  • Expand your team row (click the > arrow) to see individual reps, their SVP status, and quick-access buttons.

  • Click Full Report on any rep to see their full competency breakdown, blindspots, and coaching insights.
