What it does for you
Call Analysis shows you how your reps actually behave on calls, scored against their Pulse competencies. Instead of relying on memory or gut feel, you coach to data — specific behaviours, specific calls, specific gaps.
How to get there
Click Pulse in the left-hand navigation.
Click Enablement in the Pulse tabs.
What you'll see
Two views, one page:
A team-level scoring view — every rep on your team, ranked by how they're executing on calls. This is a quick scan: who's strong, who's slipping, who needs attention this week. You don't need to listen to a single recording to see the pattern.
A per-rep coaching summary — click into any rep to see their capability breakdown: which of their Pulse competencies are trending up, which are flat or falling, and a written summary of what their calls are actually showing. This is tied to specific calls and moments, not a generic score.
Because behaviour scores are mapped to the same competencies as your team's Pulse, you can look at both side by side — what reps say about themselves in the Pulse versus what their calls actually show.
Before scores appear
Two things need to be in place first:
Call provider connected — your org needs a supported provider (Gong, Clari, or Jiminny) integrated with Uhubs. Your admin sets this up.
Behaviour scores published — your admin publishes scores after calls are analysed and mapped to your team's competencies.
Until then, you'll see: "Make sure your call provider is connected to Uhubs. Once calls are analyzed and mapped to pulse competencies, behavior scores will appear here."
If you're not sure whether your org is set up, ask your Uhubs admin.
