What is Peer-to-Peer Enablement?
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Enablement pairs you with a colleague whose strengths fill your gaps — and whose gaps you can help fill in return. The match is built from your Pulse results, so it's based on real competency data, not a random buddy assignment.
The idea is simple: you both teach, and you both learn. It's one of the most effective ways to build a specific skill quickly, because you're learning from someone who does the same job, in the same context, and has already figured it out.
How to find your match
Go to Enablement → Peer Learning in the left-hand navigation.
You'll see your peer match and the recommended development activities for your pairing.
Each pairing comes with structured actions — things you can do together or separately to develop the target competencies.
You'll receive an email notification when a pairing is activated, so you'll know when it's ready.
What to do once you're paired
Reach out to your partner. Don't wait — the sooner you start, the more you get out of the pairing. A quick intro message is all it takes.
Work through the recommended activities. These are specific to your pairing and the competencies you're developing together. Tick them off as you complete them.
Log your sessions. When you meet with your partner, log the session in the platform. This keeps a record of your progress and helps your manager see the pairing is active.
Add sessions to your calendar. You can schedule upcoming peer sessions directly from the Peer Learning page.
How the matching works
Uhubs matches you with someone at the same role level (e.g. AE with AE, SDR with SDR) where your competency gaps are complementary. If you're strong at discovery but developing objection handling, you'll be paired with someone who handles objections well but is building their discovery skills. The relationship is genuinely two-way.
Pairings are refreshed after each Pulse cycle, so as your scores evolve, so can your development partner.
