What is an Individual Rep Report?
An Individual Rep Report gives you a detailed competency breakdown for a single member of your team. It pulls together their Pulse scores, Blindspots, and — if call analysis is connected — their behaviour scores from recorded calls. It's designed to make your 1:1 conversations more focused and evidence-based.
How to access a rep's report
Log in to Uhubs and go to My Team in the left-hand navigation.
Select the rep you want to review from the team list.
This opens their Individual Report. If you have multiple Pulses, use the dropdown at the top to select the relevant time period.
What's in the report?
RISE scores: Their scores across the four pillars — Resilience, Influence, Selling, and Execution — broken down by competency. You'll see their self-score alongside the combined peer/manager score so you can spot alignment or divergence.
Blindspots: Any competencies where their self-perception differs significantly from how others rated them. These are valuable coaching prompts — whether the rep is being too hard on themselves or overestimating a skill area.
Behaviour scores (if call analysis is enabled): How they're performing on specific call behaviours mapped to the RISE framework. This connects the "what they say they do" (Pulse) with the "what they actually do" (calls).
Spider chart: A radar chart giving a visual snapshot of their competency profile. Useful for spotting patterns at a glance.
Using the report in a 1:1
Pull the report up before your next 1:1 and look for two or three things to focus on: a Blindspot worth exploring, a competency that's improved since last Pulse, or a behaviour score that doesn't match their self-assessment. Use the data as a conversation starter, not a verdict.
If the rep has a Sales Velocity Plan, review it alongside their report — the plan is built directly from these scores and will already suggest development actions for their lowest-scoring areas.
