What is the A-Player Dashboard?
The A-Player Dashboard automatically segments your team into two cohorts based on quota attainment, then benchmarks every RISE competency score between the two groups. The result is a clear picture of which specific capabilities separate your top performers from everyone else — and a revenue figure that translates that gap into commercial terms.
It's designed for admins and senior sales leaders who want to move enablement investment from gut feel to evidence.
How to access it
Log in to Uhubs and go to Reports in the left-hand navigation.
Select A-Player Dashboard from the menu.
Use the Pulse selector at the top to choose the time period you want to analyse.
Note: the A-Player Dashboard requires CRM data to be connected so quota attainment figures are available. If you haven't connected your CRM yet, see Connecting your CRM to Uhubs.
Two cohorts, one question
Uhubs auto-segments your team by quota attainment into A-Players (your top performers) and the rest. It then benchmarks every competency score across the RISE framework between the two groups, showing you exactly where the capability gap lives — not just that a gap exists.
What the gap costs you
The dashboard translates the capability delta into revenue terms. You'll see an estimated figure representing how much additional revenue would be generated if your mid-performers closed the gap to your top cohort. This is the number to bring to leadership conversations when making the case for targeted enablement.
The capabilities that separate good from great
Rather than spreading enablement across everything, the A-Player Dashboard ranks the specific competencies where the score gap between cohorts is widest. Typically, two or three capabilities account for most of the difference. These are your highest-leverage coaching targets — the areas where focused development will have the greatest commercial impact.
Use this view to prioritise your next Pathway build, coaching programme, or P2P matching cycle.
Acting on the insights
Once you've identified the top capability gaps, the most effective next steps are:
Build or assign a Pathway targeting those specific competencies
Request P2P matches pairing mid-performers with A-Players strong in those areas
Brief managers on the gaps so they can focus 1:1 coaching accordingly
Track whether the gap narrows across subsequent Pulse cycles
