What is the Uhubs AI assistant?
The Uhubs AI assistant is a built-in conversational tool that helps you get more from the platform. You can ask it questions about your team's data, get help preparing for coaching conversations, and work through management tasks — all in natural language, without digging through multiple screens.
A dedicated assistant for managers
Uhubs tailors the assistant to your role. As a manager, you get an assistant built around running your team — not just your own development. It can help you:
Understand how your team is performing this Pulse, and where the biggest blindspots are
Prepare for a 1:1 with talking points drawn from a rep's actual scores and calls
Spot who needs coaching first, and what to focus on
Compare reps, track trends over time, and see how your team stacks up against the wider company
Update your team's Pathways and check how they're progressing through them
The manager assistant is scoped to your team — it shows you your direct reports' data, not the whole company. The switch to the right assistant type happens automatically based on your role; there's nothing to set up.
Where to find the assistant
The assistant lives in the left-hand side navigation of the Uhubs platform — look for it in the menu on the left once you're logged in.
If you can't see it, or it isn't loading properly, don't spend time hunting for it — get in touch and we'll sort it out:
Message us via the Intercom chat icon on your Uhubs account, or

How to use the assistant
Type your question naturally — for example:
"How is my team doing this Pulse?"
"Where are the biggest blindspots across my team?"
"Give me talking points for my next 1:1 with [rep]."
"Which reps have a coaching gap that hasn't been addressed yet?"
"How does my team compare to the rest of the company?"
"Draft a development plan for [rep]."
The assistant draws on your team's Pulse results, call behaviour, and CRM data to give you a personalised, contextual answer — not a generic one.
Managing Pathways from the assistant
You don't need to open the Pathway Builder for every small change or check-in — the assistant can handle a lot of this directly:
Updating Pathways — assign a Pathway to a rep or your whole team, add a new bucket or task, or make a bucket live. For example: "Assign the SDR Onboarding pathway to [rep]" or "Add a new bucket on objection handling to the Q3 Onboarding pathway."
Surfacing Pathway analytics — ask for progress and completion data instead of digging through the Progress and Quizzes tabs yourself. For example: "Who hasn't finished the SDR Onboarding pathway yet?", "How is my team doing on the [quiz] quiz?", or "Which buckets is my team getting stuck on?"
For anything more structural — building a Pathway from scratch, restructuring buckets, or setting up quizzes — use the full Pathway Builder. See Building and managing Pathways for that.
Want it inside Claude instead?
If you'd rather work from Claude directly, you can connect your Uhubs account as a custom connector and ask the same kind of questions there — with more room for follow-up, drafting, and digging into specific reps. See Uhubs Manager assistant on Claude for setup and a fuller list of example prompts.
